I think a watch would be nice with engraving on the back xx
a nice set of cuff links a watch if it's his thing a hip flask a nice photo of the two of you before you walk down the aisle - in a frame that matches his decor of course. I'm always cautious about engraving items, if it's too obvious they may not use the item you put so much thought into.
