To get your hearts and ticker to show up on your posts you need to unrestrict your profile!
As for the organiser not all of them are up and running yet (the pictures that are lit up are the ones that are working) but they shouldnt be too long hopefully :-)

awwww I'm a bit disappointed with the organiser not being available, That was one of the reasons I paid to become a power user :-(

I must admit without trying to cause trouble, I paid to be a power user a year ago approx and was told it wouldnt be long until everything was working. I am glad I then had enough points as I was disappointed I was paying and the tools seem to take forever to be available.
