I paid to be a power user last year and have now been charged for another year even though I have enough loyalty points to get it for free. Who do I need to contact to sort out a refund?

send an email toIT Man at ukbride he sorted mine out for me. also if you paid by paypal log in and look at regular payments and delete it otherwise the automatic system will keep taking it.
