After having a long think and a long discussion with h2b, we have decided to postpone by a year- so wedding will now be mid may 2013 rather than 2012 :-( Its for various reasons but mainly because we've got so many things to get sorted this year that saving enough for the wedding by next may would be next to impossible. We've got parts of the house that need sorting, the garden really needs doing, we've both decided to start a classic car project (getting a mk1 fiesta :) and with any luck possibly h2b's old one he had when he was 18!) and we're having alot of stress with our son atm whom we think has a behaviour problem of some sort (taking him to doc's on wednesday to get the ball rolling re tests etc) so with all that going on the stresses of wedding planning are too much, esp with the added expenses too. Also with all that to sort etc wedding planning isn't any fun, and i want to enjoy the planning process!
So I will still be about here but won't be making any plans etc for a little while.

Raekim, i'll still be here, just wont be doing as much planning of my own for a bit :) H2B didnt really want to postpone but after we went through all the things that need doing and just how much money we'll need to find he agreed that postponing by a year was sensible, and not too much of a postponement

I was originally getting married December 2008 , then baby was due Jan 2009, so we postponed till Dec 2010, then 2011 its now set in concrete, stone, marble for Dec 2012. Know how you feel hun but like everyone says it does come around pretty quick. xxx

well we've started some of our plans now, got our lovely classic ford (its a mk3 escort) needs a few little bits and pieces but is overall in great condition! I'll pop a couple of pics on later if anyone is interested (yes im a bit of a car nut since meeting h2b, unusual but get to hang around lots of men with their impressive cars) we're planning to take it to Ford Fair in August so if anyone happens to be going along look out for the welshford stand as i'll be there!
We've finally cleared out the shed and the cupboard under the stairs, never realized just how much complete rubbish we managed to hide in there! One more room to sort out then any decorating can be started.
So we are still on track for May 2012 wedding :) i'm not buying anything right now (except the odd little bits here and there that dont really cost anything) but im forever looking at sites, pictures etc for inspiration and have a LOOOOOONG list of suppliers for various things ready for when I do start buying.
