Yeah I turn into a right snack monster when its that time of the month. I've found the only thing I can do is not go out shopping lol. If I'm going to snack I try to do it on things that are not so bad such as jaffa cakes, rich tea and choc mousse but its so hard and if I end up in the shops on my own you can guarantee I will come back with a bag full of crap.

im a snack a holic at that time of the mth too, but just started weight watchers and they work on a points system where all food has a points value. you get a certain amount of points per day then 49 per week to spend/eat as you wish. i use mine for snacking lol maybe try that, its like scoffing your face and not feeling guilty about it haha

I'm another one with the PMT snacking problem although my problem is salty snacks. Personally I've found the best way to deal with it is to park the car at least a mile from the house (except when shopping) and hey presto instant exercise (just wich I could get my knee to co operate in jogging it rather than walking). Anyhow back to the point - as TotallyLovedUp has said try something like WW as you get the freedom to have a splurge every now and then alternatively try sticking rigidly to a diet for 5 days and then having 2 relaxed days (that way you have something to look forward to!!)

PMT turns me into a walking waste disposal! I discovered that fruit cereals help curb sugar and carb cravings and smoothies and milkshakes also fill u up and taste gd :)
