Whats everyone doing about plus 1s?I'm practically being forced to give my sil2b a plus one which means all the single wedding party members have to have one which will cost me about £300 for a bunch of randoms!!Seriously pissed and was wondering whats everyone else doing?is it what you normally do give and give single members plus ones even if their whole family will be there?

Do what you want to do hun. I'm giving plus one's, chances are my guests wont necessarily bring someone but I think it'd be nice to offer it, there's no set rules on it now though, esp if they have other family there x

If she got a boyfriend between now and then it would be fine its the fact that I have absolutely no idea who's shes going to take and I would now have to give my sisters and an usher a plus 1!Also, friends have asked for plus ones and Ive said no - am I now going to have to give everyone who is single a plus one?
Argh - Mil just said 'she's your sister and she had a plus one at xs wedding when she was bridesmaid' they had alot of help paying for it - where am I meant to find this extra money?!Sorry the rant

most of our guests are couples, and we know both of them so thats fine, but the few single people we're inviting are coming as that, singles! They will all know other people and as such aren't getting a +1. Adam's brother is best man, my sister is MOH and they're both single so they're coming on their own. We're not having random people we don't know at our wedding xx

and anyway, why do your sisters need +1s if the rest of the family is going? its not like they won't know anyone!!

You could always put in their invites +partner instead of plus1? so they dont just bring anyone xx
