Fingers crossed for you but if they do set up a table before hand and take photos of it. Then put everything for each table in a box with a list of what should go where etc and a photo of how it should look. It should be pretty much idiot proof then.

I have no choice about mine - if i want to set up myself the night before I get charged the time for doing it as they could hold another function during that evening.
The good thing is that the venue is amazing and I trust them to set up how I like as I have seen my venue all done up now after the open day on Saturday.

I like the fact my venue is doing it all I am just worried about my chair covers as don't have a massive budget for them and have found somewhere fairly cheap but not booked yet. Not done so as wanna make sure that they can do the set up the morning of the wedding as nothing is mentioned on their website

I hope I can get into our venue the friday before to decorate it! I wont know till nearer the time! I went with my mum last night to pay the deposit and we decided what was going where and we are having a reserved seating area for the bridal party etc... we counted the tables and we have enough table cloths etc and worked out where we wanted the balloons and where my gran can sit (she is in a wheel chair) so it was quite productive.
Anyway, there is loads to do and I really hope that we can get in the night before to inflate all the balloons and stuff! So I know how you feel! I hope you get into your venue the night before! xxxx

My venue is setting the room up for us in the morning and I wont get to see it until the reception, very worried! Will take a photo of how I want the tables, and draw a diagram, and maybe show the woman there how I want it done on a mocked up table. Then my chief bridesmaid has instructions to ring the venue on the wedding morning to make sure there are no hitches! Stressed? Nah! LOL
