First of all you need to book the big things like:

Venue
Photographer (if your having one)
Car (if your having one)
Band or DJ

I think for the rest if you search in the forum you will find lists from previous posts of everything you need to do.

Pick up some wedding magazines. They usually have a 'when to do what' list in them. It is also great for ideas.
When you book a venue, have a think about how many people you will be having for the sit down meal (if you're having one), and how many people for the evening. Look at cost per head, what you get for that, how you will transport people (is it walking distance? will you put on a coach? will you want people to drive/bus themselves?) What sort of thing are you doing for the evening? Disco, ceilidh, quiz, games?

hi thank you for all your advise we are off to a wedding faye tomorrow and have found out they do a wedding for a grand so will be looking into that lol, i have been buying little bits and pieces and have got some great bargins lol xxx

look at stuff just see what you like as its ot of wedding season now you will get many bargins shop aroundxx
