Hi ladies Just put some pictures up of me which were just taken now. I've got no makeup on or anything just wanted to see if I seem to be slimming down. I've decided to update it every other week to keep track. What do you think so far? Also any ideas to loose weight off the bum would be appreciated my thights are slimming but my bum refuses to shrink!

Thanks hun I'm just feeling a bit self conscious my bmi has me at overweight and my weight is quite high for a woman. I just want to maintain a healthy loss until i'm in my ideal bmi xxx

Just had a look and you look great :) what kind of dieting are you doing at the moment? I'm asking only cos people react to things differently.. when I tried to lose weight before I cut down on carbs and piled my plate with meat and loads and loads of veg. Did a lot of walking too and that did the trick. Dunno any miracle creams or shortcuts to tone bum area quickly I'm afraid apart from doing lots of walking and toning exercises specifically targeting the areas you want. I so wanna lose my bingo wings for when I get married lol. By the way, loving the slipknot shirt x

lol thank you hunni that was my target shirt and i got into that. My target jeans i can get up but can't do them up! :( Bloomin things ;) I am not cutting anything out just eating smaller portions with a healthy balance of meat, carbs and veg. and just got on my bike to get to and from uni which has helped to tone my thighs but the bum is persistant lol :) will look for toning excersices... xxx

Re your bum (i've not looked at the pics yet, have just read the posts) - you could try cycling. My bum really perked up from it! And my legs are solid - even the thunder thighs which I never thoguht possible! x

How far do you cycle and for hoe long? Do you vary routes to take in different gradients of hills etc? Try a lower gear to make your legs work harder too...x

U do look great! Those BMI are not really correct. For example a bodybuilder will weigh a lot more than some obese person, but he still be a lot fitter and healthier... Muscle is hevier than fat. Different bone structures as well. I think im quite heavy for a woman as well, but there you go.... cant rerally do a lot about it, eating +/- healthy, gym 3-4X week, still not losing any weight... should chop a leg off or somethin maybe. :D lol. For bum - lunges etc. On youtube there is a really good viedo with exercises, jus type '8min buns'

I cycle 5.2 miles everyday and the route has hills galore as my uni is right at the bottom of one! I cycle up it everyday except tuesday when I walk to the shops which are 1.4 miles away. :) t hurts but works xxx

hi ya Griff, In the building where I work there is a PT and he has given me exercises to do at home for bum, thighs and arms... Maybe take bits out of it... Walk 10/15 mins get heart rate up. then stand straight, weights in hand (1.5kg) and box from side to side diagonally, arms kept at shoulder height, twisting waist as you do it. 30 times, then a wall step or stepper if you have one, 20 times on each leg, then aerobic twist, stand legs apart, feet pointing outwards left arm held at right angle and twist to left side holding left leg up, then back and leg down, 20 on each arm/leg, with or without wrist/leg weights, a move we called Saturday night fever, go diagonally with arms. from ceiling to floor with or without a weight, 30 of them on each arm. then squats, 15/20 from standing up all the way to crouching down, then pulse ones, so once down in the squat position bounce for another 15/20 times... Do all these 3 times in any order you want, dont have to do the walking 3 times though, but remember to stretch before and after and your legs WILL ache the next day!! Up to you if want to do daily or every other. xx

Could you do but clunches ( i think thats the word)... if you do them a lot throughout the day.. you can do them sat down and standing, they should tone your bottom! :) xxxx keep up the good work hun! you look amazing! :) xxx

Thanks ladies all your support has me in floods of tears! I am so glad you think that my diet is working just watching mike on the wii fit he is 17 stone now he lost 2lbs since he weighed last week. I'm just about to step up so lets hope it's good news! xx

You really look great the way you are but I know what you mean... It's your wedding day so you don't want to just look great, you want to look your best :) but you really have not got anything to worry about. If you don't lose any more... You 'd still look fab, if you do.. Then it's just a bonus xx
