You could look at buying a wedding planner. They're books that have sections for you to list things and jot down ideas, and they generally include budget planners, space for guest lists, and to do lists, with suggested timetables of what to do when. If you do a search I'm sure you'll find lots of options. Otherwise, my H2B is doing everything on Edexcel spreadsheets.

I have a wedding planner book to write down my ideas, but I also have an excel spreadsheet for guest lists as its a lot easier to chop and change without loads of scribbles on your page, it also adds up the guests for you :)

    Met 28th January 2007
    Engaged 2nd July 2012
To be married 11th September 2015

I have made my own planner using tips from books and bridal mags all divided into appropriate sections such as timeframe, venue, church, food and drink etc. Also got spreadsheets for guest list and budget with estimated and actual costs to help compare. I have a notebook I keep on me to jot ideas, notes and quotes.

I've made a excel sheet on my computer which across the top states Vendor/Supplier, address, contact number, contact name, Duties, Booked Y/N, Deposit paid Y/N, Total cost.

And then just made a list downwards for most important to what can be done nearer the time... I have an example in my photo album if you want to have a look

I have a wedding planner we got as a gift when we got engaged, but I also have a notebook where I can structure my own information and lists the way I want them. I think I may have to start a spreadsheet though looking at above posts!
