What dimensions are your place settings. I'm making my own, and currently have them (mock up) cut to 38mm x 63 mm. I think these are slightly too small. Is there a standard size for place settings, and table number/name cards?

    Help needed.

I'm gonna do place settings 10cm by about 4.5 cm so 100mm by 450mm I think,.... Then the numbers will be bigger like 6" by 4"

There are no standard sizes for anything at/for weddings in my opinion!
EVERYTHING is down to personal tastes especially when you think about the different options there are out there for place names!
For example we will have luggage tags attached to......something lol
Or there are cookies, wine glass charms, cup cakes or just a normal regular place card that are used at most weddings!
The only thing I can say is cut out a few dfferent sizes and see which ones you like the look of most remembering the length of peoples names and if your printing or hand writing the names on

Mine will be about 6cm in diameter- they'll be attached to a favour.

You may need to think about your table sizes, what you will have on them decoration/favour wise, as if they are too big it might get too crowded.
