the 1st one is a flat invite
the 2nd one is folded with wording in side (gate style i think its called) shes done it with a round and a square buckle on the front which looks best??
so basically my question is help which one do you prefer... (i need to choose by tomr as shes has to make them all by the 28th of this month!!)... i need help piccing h2b like both he cant choose either!!!

the lady who made them i used to work with and she does them for fun, i dont know if she sells them on ebay or not i just know that i went to her house and told her what i liked and she came up with these and sent them to me. sorry
i really cant decide!!
they say an invitation sets the scence to the whole wedding.... ours is french vintage ... which one fits in to that more??

Penny they are from a french supermarket went to france over christmas and found them their....there are some hessian favour bags thats are draw string on the bay that come in 6/8 colours and are £3.95 for 6 .. that are slighly similar to ones i have x

I like them both so I am no help whatsoever, but I do want to point out before you get them all made up, that the name of your venue is spelled wrong in the second one, she has typed Knowlsey and not Knowsley. I am a nightmare for noticing spelling errors, lol, so just wanted to mention it to you. They are both gorgeous invites though. xx

That's for your help ladies... And spelling mistake findings lol
I have gone for the gate fold one.... But instead of a bow and buckles I found some beaded frog fasteners / Chinese knot fasteners these are 7cm long and will replace the bow , there hand made and look very vintagey so fingers crossed they will look fab! For 5 fasteners 2.99 from the bay BARGAIN !!
Hopefully will get them all in 2 weeks!

Cheers ... I wasn't looking for them I wanted a frog pendant for my fg and they came up and fell in love with them and just thought they would work on the gate fold instead of a bow and look better and very unique.... Still need a frog pendant lol

how about one for day and one for evening guests. personally id go for the first. it was noe of the mainthings i did not want my invites to have was folds unless it was a pocket invite.

ive uploaded the final draft including frog fasteners the centre will stay the same as the origional gate fold but the outside is different....
now heres the thing....
cream or antique gold ribbon on the outside??? ive uploaded with cream as thats all i have is it too cream or not?? please help need to give her it in the morning so she can get them done for 1st march!!!

im not sure, as i don't know about the rest of your colour scheme etc, to me i think i would want the gold just to give it a bit of colour and brake it up a little, but that may not be in keeping with the style of the rest of your wedding. Im sorry i couldn't be more helpful
