cece i am trying to stop but not with much luck hence the fact i now have fake ones on at least i cant bite them then xx

suppose so, but have been trying to stop biting my nails since i was about 6yrs, will more than likely have falseys on for the wedding as well, dont think i can cope with trying to lose weight, stop smoking, wedding stress, normal life stress(men, kids lol) and stop biting my nails would be a nervous wreak lol

beautiful rings well done!! xx, l know what you mean about your nails mine look like that and l have NEVER bitten them in my life, because l have worked in a damp cold enviroment for 24yrs my nails are very soft, and break/peel off in little bits, l have tryed sally hansson nail harderner/ diamond hard ect to no avail, l know acrilics are really bad but l will have to have them done, there is no alternative l even went to the doctors and asked for help to strenthen my nail and he said eat jelly lol
