My mum text me to tell me she'd found me a photographer today.... which worried me slightly! Just been on the phone to her, and he's a commercial photographer, who took some pics of her pole dancing today (she has her own pole fitness business). He doesn't advertise weddings, but he has done some, and usually charges £2000, my mum had a bit of banter with him, and said she'd pay him £1000 if he did a good job... lol. And he said ok. I'm meeting him on saturday, so hope I like him! lol.

I try it on all the time but I haven't really had any success :-(
1) Venue - asked for a dicsount - they knocked off £500 from the venue hire, just like that, 2) Photographer - because I sounded nice on the phone, gave us his top package with £300 off, and, 3) Videographer - because I asked, he dropped the additional DVDs from £25 to £10 each.
It's worth having a go x

I tried with the other photographer we liked but he got quite sh!tty with me and suggested I found a cheaper photographer. I asked out venue for discount on food and drink packages and they reduced food by £10 per head x

the photographer we want to hire has offered to have his brother (who's doing it as hobby) to take photos of groom getting ready if we're happy with the quality of his photos, cause the photographer will be with me, taking photos of MY preparations so we'd get a 2nd photographer for free :) he's got a full year to practice which is quite enough to learn a few tricks :) and he'd give me discount on boudoir shoot :)
