So, our photographer will be covering the full day... from getting ready and then right up til 9pm at night. When does he eat? Lol.... do we pay for him for the meal too? Dont want him to starve but dont know what normal protocall is lol

I think most want to have a meal provided for them but I know some will bring a packed lunch along with them. Best to ask the photographer what their plans/expectations are.
My friend didn't use a photographer for her wedding, she got all her guests to use Instagram and Twitter to collect all of the hashtags and then showed them on a big screen at the reception with a new company called ii.do. She got a photo book afterwards as well.

we asked ours if he would like a meal provided and he said he didn't he grabbed something to eat whilst we were eating.

most photographers say whether they require food to be provided in the contract,but some bring a packed lunch ,most venues should be able to supply a vendor meal at a reduced price.
Met June 2009 on my Birthday,Met again July 2009 and got

Most will eat during your dinner. We provided a bar meal for ours, he said that was very nice but he would have normally have brought sarnies. I just thought a hot meal would go down well!!
