just wondering if anyone else has either had or are thinking of having one of these photobooths at their reception....been to a wedding fayre today and been talking to someone about one...dunno whether to get one or not or is it too gimmicky

I would totally LOVE one but cant afford it, so we are putting my dslr on a tripod and using lots of props, boa's, picture frames, hats, gawdy dresses, giant sunglasses, old telephones etc

We're gonna buy a polaroid printer that you attach to your camera and it prints out on sticky back photo paper so you can stick them into guest books. :)

I didn't have a photobooth but just filled a tub with fun props :) n passed it round the dance floor it did make great photos :D

We're having a photobooth just because it looks so much fun! and we got it at a great price too. It includes all the props, two members of staff, all the images on disk and printed out, all the video messages on disc and a guest book too (plus sopme other stuff i cant remember!)

I think it was half price at £325 or £350! was an introductory offer for a new photobooth they had just launched. I can message you the details if you want? I was recommended them from someone on here and they#re on the book of face. Cant remember the website of the top of my head though.

my photographer does a photo shoot type thing with backdrop in the evening really loved these pictures that were added to the back of the story book was one of the reason i choice him that and he really keen to do some beach shoots and i got a free pre wedding shot and free framed pictures

I went to a wedding last year with a photobooth and it was great! Everyone was sent a link where we could view the photos online and it was hilarious.
I would definitely have one at my wedding if I wasn't getting married in Albania.

My photographer does do them for an extra £175 tho which might be easier as at least then i know its done professionally ........we'll see!!

I've been quoted £300 for an evening set up, a screen with loads of props and lifesize cutouts of various people/uniforms. Unlimited pictures, projected to a screen but also printed in a book for us. there's 2 photographers that will be coming so can set up in a corner somewhere. Reckon it's a good price? just sondering as i think an actual booth wouldn;t be too much more and with that i think you can get a strip to go into an album and the guest in the piccie gets to keep a strip. I'm just not sure if I buy a camera whether I think it'll be safe as not sure who i can get to put in charge of it lol
