I'm getting married in May next year and struggling with my colours! I've chosen Peacock and Orange as I never like to be the same as anyone else, and it's not your usual combination of colours. I really wanted orange as the main colour but husband to be, mum and bridesmaids not happy with it, and BMs don't want to wear it. So We've all compromised, with BMs wearing peacock, but all of us to have orange flowers etc.
I will dress the venue in a combination of both, with white tablecloths, chair covers etc. My questions are:
a) Have any of you done this colour scheme before? b) If so, where did you find things to match?!
I'm really struggling to find anything I like, even down to invitations that fit the scheme, and starting to worry that I've been a bit TOO different...!! Also;
c) Does anyone know of somewhere I can get 50s style tea-dress length bridesmaids dresses in a peacock colour?! Not asking for much, I know!!!!
Any help anyone can give would be gratefully received...but I'm not changing my colour scheme!!! Even if it kills me!!!!

there are sites that do bridesmaid dresses in a choice of colours once you find a style, or try the bay :) I am having tea length in saphire but the colour is more of a peacock teal (pics on my profile), they are by Kelsy-Rose
heres a few idea pics hun , they might help..( might not be what your looking for) but you could change some of the colours round to maybe something that suits you more xx
looking forward to being Mrs Embo :)

love the peacock and you could have a peacock feather bouquet rather than all of you having orange flowers.
I would just go for the teal dresses and you could just have subtle bits of peacock in there like buttonhole for H2B and then the best men with orange flowers with peacock feathers

KellyN29, thankyou for the Kelsey Rose tip, I've never heard of them, but there's a dress on there that could be perfect!
I know it's a shame they don't want to wear orange, as I think it looks lovely too...but to be fair, H2B kept saying "gypsy wedding" to me, and mum wasn't overly happy with the idea either,...! I think I'm just a bit too putlandish for my own good!
Thankyou for all the pics, I had seen a few of these myself, and was struggling with the "peacock" aspect, but having found these BM dresses, perhaps my problem is not so bad!!!
