I'm looking to do an outdoor event for my friend's hen do - one of those running around in the trees style events :) (she has been asking to do it for a while) but I wondered if anyone else had done this before? Are you really left completely to your own devices after the 'training'? Can you have a trainer with you throughout?

Ok well what about contacting one of these inflatable company's? Ive seen things like bungee pulls or things like gladiator type games that you could hire and have in your garden, might work out cheaper? Or paint balling.
Not seen anywhere that you could do zip wires tho unless you go to centre parks for the weekend cause i know they do that sort of thing. Then if someone isnt into that type of thing they have the option of a spa instead???

what about go ape? you climb up ladders and swing through the trees! google it! my local woods do it there and they do it all around the country.
i didnt like doing it but i was very hungover but everyone else loved it!
Ooooh, I like the inflatables, but we don't really have space... :(
Go Ape is what she had heard about originally I think.. when you did it did the instructor leave you after the training?
I am also considering CP, seeing as it has the spa option too :D **BTW Miss Ashleigh - if you are reading this you had better stop now - close your eyes and turn around** (she is on the site too but I've told her not to read any of my threads which mention anything about hen parties)

if i remember correct...it was about 3 years ago and as i said i was very hungover/still drunk! there are 10 sections and they did the first with you. taught you all about the safety part and what to do if you have a problem. anyway they make sure you know what your doing and then you go off in groups of about 4-6. you go by yourself but staff walk around to make sure you ok xx
