Wedding Forum - Our perfect day!...

Good morning ladies from the new Mrs Ringer.... Currently sat in our little cottage on our mini moon so thought I would give you a run through our perfect wedding day.

The morning started perfectly with breakfast at my mums and we all say round the table together and gave them all their presents and they gave me mine plus presents from OH. We got married on our 9 year anniversary so he got me anniversaries cards too, wedding day card and a beautiful bracelet and wine glass. I was calm all morning and enjoyed sitting watching everyone getting made up. In my dress at 12 and ready by 12.30 so time for pictures in the garden.
We left on time and everyone in the village came out to watch and wave to me as we walked through the village to the little church where my mum and brother have also been married there so very special. As soon as I stood in the porch with my brother (dad passed away 6 weeks ago) it suddenly hit me and I couldn't hold it together so I blubbed down the aisle and bit all over the place but was expected. But Paul waiting for me was lovely, his face was amazing and he looked so handsome. Service went well, my 3 year old nephew sat on my knee for some of it as missed me and the vicar did a lovely sermon about us both.
Pictures outside church the we all left on a big vintage red double decker bus however it got stuck mid way up the hill out the village so everyone had to get off while it reversed to get enough power, I was panicking at this point but all fine and now I can see the funny side but everyone loved the bus. 30 minutes to reception venue then we had some pictures on bus then pimms on the lawns followed by a few piccies then we went off for some pictures together with our photographer which was nice.
Reception room looked stunning and dinner was good then the speeches..... My brother went first and read my dads speech which he wrote before he passed away, it was fantastic, so funny and could hear dad reading it. My brother did an amazing job and not a dry eye in the room. Then the best man did his which was hilarious followed by Paul's dad which made everyone cry then I did the thank yous! Then we had a good dj, cut the cake and just a perfect night. I've attached sme piccies for you all to enjoy but not the official ones just from friends on Facebook, enjoy!
