Photos of your flowers donna from the photos I do prefer the sunflowers. The supplier you have took the pictures from is this who you are thinking of getting them from? If so I can give you another woman who is cheaper but uses the same supplier (I had been emailing both regarding the same flowers) The supplier in your photo is a local one to were I live and her flowers are stunning but there was quite a difference in price. Ill pop the lady on your wall. x

I prefer the sunflower one as well to be honest, I'm not sure which one's they'd change to purple, I'd have to speak to them about it. In the one without the sunflowers I think I'd ask for the orange flowers to be changed to purple as our theme is yellow and purple and I have yellow roses on the cake, so it would make sense to keep the yellow roses with the sunflower one it might be better to change the roses to purple? But I'm not a flower expert, I'd probably ask them what their opinion on it was.
You can get purple roses :) My h2b got me a whole bouquet of purple roses for valentines day before. They were amazing! If you were thinking of changing any of the flowers to purple I would recommend the roses, I don't know if the roses are more expensive in purple though, it might be worth while asking about the price differences first x

I doubt it would change the price with them being artificial, I love the yellow roses as well, I think they look gorgeous, but I think with the sunflower bouquet there's not much else you could change to purple...
Will email a couple of other companies and see what prices ect. they come up with

Showed my mum the pictures and she said she prefers the sunflowers, but prefers the handle on the other bouquet (I've told her I'm sure they could do the handle on the sunflower bouquet as well lol)

Seems like everybody likes the sunflower bouquet better haha! It is lovely. I didn't realise you were having artificial flowers... Is that cheaper than real flowers? I have never even thought about artificial flowers but I don't know if you can get gypsophelia/babies breath in artificial and I want it mixed with some cala lilies and some roses etc. X

I was planning on having real, I might still get a quote for some real ones just to weigh up my options. But I think if the artificial look real then they may be the better option as we'll have them before the morning so it's one less thing to worry about when getting ready

I would definitely say sunflowers, but tbh, I love the sunflower bouquet on the previous page (above the blurry one) with purple in, I think that's perfect! Then maybe a yellow bouquet for the BMs with a bit of green foliage? X

I don't think they're sunflowers, are they Gerbra's or something? :/ I don't know I'm not a massive flower person, I know roses, sunflowers, daisies ect. and then I'm lost lol.
However, I've spoken to a lady who says they can work with whatever I want and not just what's on their site, so I am considering asking about having something like that first one, with the handle more like the one on the yellow bouquet without the sunflowers (as my mum seems to really like the handle to that) waiting on my mums opinion and going to speak to my bridesmaids about it tomorrow as well. Then I think we'll just have roses as buttonholes as although I would like something a little different and think it would look nice, oh is worried it might look a bit clown like and yellow roses ties in with our wedding cake anyway :)

You could maybe have roses with some baby's breath/gypsophelia for the button holes to make it stand out a bit more :) It's really nice that your florist is willing to do whatever you want and not just work with the flowers that they have in stock x

Well we have sorted out loads this weekend
Booked a weekend in for my hen, nothing is booked yet but I need to get a list together of people who I want to invite and then my bridesmaids can work from there. I just need to decide if I want to have it all as a surprise, know certain things like where we are going and have little bits as a surprise or have more input myself..... I'm tempted to say actually have it all as a surprise as when else am I going to have people organise a whole weekend for me as a surprise?
We also picked out some bridesmaid dresses, but we're not going to order them until January as one of my bridesmaids wants to try and lose some weight before the wedding and also it gives us time to think on it and decide if we still definitely want to have those ones. We have sort of decided on flowers, but not really, just that they will have yellow and I will have a mixture of yellow and purple and that the buttonholes will be roses. Oh and we have decided how we are having the chair covers :)

I would say leave it as a surprise as it may be your only surprise during the planning of the whole wedding! And its nice to have someone else do all the planning for a change haha. Also, we have decided our colours will be lemon and lilac, similar to yours, as our wedding falls the day after Easter Monday in 2017 so it kind of ties in with it. Our original colours were plum and lilac but at least we still get the purple in there somehow! x
