Oh nooooooo, I ordered my wedding flowers online on Friday, but the evil bay hooked me in again and I have seen the perfect flowers to go with my theme.......... the new one I have seen is mainly blush pink and black the same as my theme although I am wearing ivory, the original flowers were just pink and ivory.......... what do I do now argh!!!! help girls do I try and cancel the original order and try to get my money back or just stick with the original order???? pics of both being uplaoded to my wall now...... please help???????? x

I have put pics of all my other things on my wall now - bridesmaid dress, my shoes, invites etc and then you can see it altogether. The first ones are from evil bay too, link is on my wall - it cost £125 inc delivery for: 1 bride bouquet 3 b/maids bouquets 1 flowergirl wand 6 buttonholes 1 cake topper 1 top table display really unsure what to do xx
I personally prefer the 1st ones hun - but looking at ur shoes etc I can see why ur torn as the 2nd ones would be fab with ur theme! It's a tough one hun - I'd say go with ur gut! Which ones do you prefer? xx

I dont know am soooooo torn lol, but everybody seems to prefer the first ones....... which I loved too until I saw these others, which just seem to go perfectly and are a little bit different and H2b likes things to be a bit different not just the norm...... oh I just dont know x x

hmmmm showed H2b a picture of some similar flowers to my first ones (not the actual ones) just some ivory and pink roses style ones and when I asked what he thought his comment was "there a bit boring arent they".......... x x

the 1st ones are the "safe" option lovely but nothing out of the ordinary! the 2nd ones are also lovely but not going to be to everyones taste! but u are the important ones so long as u like them thats all thats matters xx

i love the 2nd ones they are really different and go with ur theme. the 1st ones are beautiful as well just more traditional. the most important thing is that you like them.

Oh yay we have the same dress!!!!!!! Woo-hoo for Florentina :) Although I've gone for Taupe not Ivory.
I love the 2nd ones but maybe you could add some black feathers to the original ones and then it'll contrast in a more subtle way & not cost you much extra money x

Rosei, (I am soooooo jealous you have THE dress) I also have THE dress, but had to buy a preowned one as couldnt afford the full pricel!!! Unfortunately even though the preowned one cost me a small fortune when I received it, it was in a terrible state all stained and marked that even specialist cleaning wont get out, seller wont take it back and as I just paid the money direct to her am not covered by anything!!!! argh just love the dress so its currently with a dressmaker to see if she can change it in some way and hide all the marks, gutted though coz it prob wont look like the florentina anymore but so dont have any budget for new dress...... anyways whinge over lol...... back to the flowers as the second company havent got back to me with a price am just gonna keep the first lot and maybe try to add touches of black as has been suggested, maybe beads or black diamente pins or summat x

Oh hun that's awful! What a nightmare :( mine was ex. sample couldn't afford it either but I got it from a bridal shop and then had the back changed from a zip to a lace up so that it would fit me ;) I do love it you must've been gutted! Where are the stains? Is there any way you can cover them? x

I looked for an ex sample but hardly anywhere around here stocks it...... so i resorted to preowned, some of the stains can be cut off as the train can be shortened and the length needs altering anyway but there are a couple of really bad ones - one is all down the front centre of the skirt (looks like a spilt drink) this has gone all yellow and the cleaning company said it is the sugar actually damaging the silk..... the other is right in the middle of the train, if it wasnt for these two it wouldnt be too bad. Hopefully the dressmaker will be able to do summat with it, otherwise it going in bin coz I couldnt possibly sell it on in this condition, just wouldnt do that to somebody x x

Well worst case scenario you could get another cheaper dress but cut of the flowers and put them on it because they really are what makes the dress aren't they! I've bought some extra ones for my BM's hair & my mum is having one as her corsage! It may be worth getting directly in touch with Ian Stuart they are lovely there and you never know they might just be able help you out with a new silk overlay or something ;) x
