I think thats a really good deal, im looking at similar things, have found somewhere near by but they dont have rooms to stay in for everyone, so is quite a bit cheaper. but i think we will be looking at everything included, takes a lot of extra things of your to do list too :-D

We are getting all of that except the canapes and the last four items on your list for 80 during the day and 120 at night for under £8000. For a weekend wedding in july. Ours also includes a room and full english just for us two, but discounted rates for guests. I think with the rooms and everything you have got a good deal

OK well if I tell you what I got for my money and what I would of paid for the exact requirements you are looking at then you can compare hun:-

    so I paid £3320 for:-

    - 70 guests in the day and 120 in the evening
    -Official Toastmaster
    -Ceremony room charge hire
    -Wedding Breakfast room charge hire
-A glass of bucks fizz or pimms on arrival
    -A four course wedding breakfast
-Half bottle of wine per guest
    -Champagne for your toast
    -Cake stand and knife
    -Evening buffet menu
    - Honeymoon suite for my & hubby to include Full English Breakfast the following morning
    - Full use of Leisure facilities

To have these additional items I would of been looking at an additional £4437

-Menu and wine tasting for bride and groom (This would of been £25 for each of us so £50 in total)
-A selection of 3 canapes per guest (This would of been an additional £300 if we had done it)
-White linen chair covers (I paid £225 for 70 chair covers and sashes)
-Midnight feast for total guests staying over night (no idea on what the cost would of been on this)
-All bedrooms for your guests including use of leisure facilities (38 rooms) (This would of been £3762 if we had all 38 rooms)

So if I add up the cost of what it would of been to have the additional items it would of been £4437 add that to my original price and the total is £7657

So for everything you have I would of paid £7657 (not including the midnight feast which would of only been a few hundred I would of thought) and your looking to pay £10,000 to £16,000

So your paying a minimum of £2500 OVER what I would of paid... Is the venue worth it?? I had my wedding at a Golf & Country Manor Hotel and it was gorgeous, our pictures are stunning thanks to the amazing views!! You need to consider whether or not the venue is worth that minimum of £2500 extra hun!! It may well be worth the extra money to you, even though I had complaints about some issues with my hotel and one of the particular Managers, on the day I couldn't fault them, we had our own personal wedding co-ordinator on the day and he couldn't do enough for us, he was brilliant and made the day run really smooth!! You may be paying more for the Brands Hatch name, you may be paying more as you are closer to London, you may be paying more due to it being a chain of hotels, is it worth the extra cost? If so then go for it hun :o)

Hi, Sounds like a great deal to me as long as the venue is somewhere you fall in love with, that makes all the difference.
I liked the idea of everything done for you as im pulling my hair out and getting slightly stressed trying to arrange everything myself, trust me its sooooooo not worth the hassle,if you can afford this deal and you love the setting and staff involved i`d snap it up.
    Good Luck
    Hope it all goes well

Lots to consider hun and to be honest I think your paying more due to location, I am in Hampshire and although still one of the most expensive areas in the country Kent/London are slightly more expensive! However don't forget to take into consideration your decorations, table centre pieces, invitations, dress, suits, bridesmaid dresses, mens suit's, flowers, cake, photographer, DJ, makeup and hair, shoes, tiara, veil, jewellery, rings, once you add all that in, your budget is going up and up and up ;o)

if you love it why dont you go for it, but instead of giving guests a free room for the night, as well as feeding them during the day, evening buffet, midnight feast and then full breakfast the next morning, why dont you say to them that the rooms are £50 each or something?? Still MEGA cheap for people to stay, especially if there is 2 in a room and you would make £1850! (37 rooms).

    just an idea

Then your right hun, you can look at paying that sort of money for your venue then as most other things are covered :o)

*Having said that I wouldn't pay it in a million years, my budget of £6000 was about £5,500 over what I wanted to pay lmao*

Oh your get use to me hun! I don't mind telling people how a certain amount of money is a ridiculous amount for one day out of your life.. I couldn't and wouldn't pay that much EVER for one day!! Same as I wouldn't pay a ridiculous amount of money for a dress.. Mine was £300 and for me was gorgeous and just right, people that spend thousands on a dress in my opinion are mental lmao!! BUT it is YOUR day and you have to do what YOU and H2B want to do, I have to agree with Linzi though, I would be making everyone pay towards their rooms, your already doing enough for them and people expect to pay!!! I am off to a wedding next August in Somerset, it will cost us £210 for two night but I am willing to pay it as I consider myself very honoured to share in their day!!! However it is your choice hun (like I said, you will get use to my nagging lol)

imagine if you asked EACH guest for £50 each. That could be as much as £3700 you get on the day. Would almost pay for half your venue, or your honeymoon! (are ya tempted yet?)

I was doing same as you when I started, we have to take all the rooms and we were gonna pay for them. Then i finally came to my senses (with help from a few girlies on here!) and have literally saved us a fortune.

NOBODY expects to get all that you are giving them, AND a bed for the night free.
