So was getting a bit overwhelmed with the amount of stuff I still had to plan and book etc, so I decided to break it all down into monthly plans! So have given myself 3 or 4 things to do each month. Found it so much easier than just a big list screaming at me. Also helps financially to work out who I'm paying when!
Is anyone else finding easier less stressful ways of doing things?

That's exactly what I've done. I've now got to the point where I have a breakdown of all the smaller things, such as book vaccinations, pick up suits.... I've put my list on Excel so I can highlight things as I do them. Since the beginning of last month I have 4 things highlighted.

I'm going over to my mom's later and working exactly what has been spent and what hasn't, how much of the budget is left and what we need to do most importantly next. and sort out some budgets for each of those! I'm dreading this bit!! The most expensive is the venue and I know we will have to add on between another £1-2k to that total as more guests than originally stated (given minimum quote!) so that'll eat at the remaining budget for sure! eek!
Then I'll probs do what a lot of you have suggested, by breaking it all down into monthly targets etc. see how long that lasts, organisation eh! x
