well well well...after all my discussions about my mum, she turned up to my hen night drunk and crying about my nan. (most of you will know she passed in April) she was just a total wreck all night. The night eventually got better then....my sister had booked me a stripped :( im not a very confident person and the thought of a strepper revolts me (they all know this) I panicked so bad i grabbed my bag and jacket and ran outside. I ended up getting a taxi home which caused arguments with everyone! I Just had a crap week topped off with a crap hen night!

Well my sister has made me feel back about it because she wasted £120!! Things are still not right and i am feeling like i dont want any of them there on my day! They honestly just bring me down.

I'm aranging a night out with some friends so should be better!!

oh hun!! i think the mini hen night is a good idea.... dont let anyone let you feel bad for it. at the end of the day it was your night and if someone did something that made you unhappy, its them that should feel bad not you.... so what if she wasted money, she should have done something that she knew you wouldnt appericate! xx

My worst nightmare that is, it sounds like she gave you the hen party SHE would have wanted and not the 1 you wanted. i dont drink, dont party, dont do strippers, i will wear the stupid "L" plates and veil and let everyone else have the fun part of my hen night but i wont do anything that makes me uncomfortable and you did the same thing i would have done. sod her, if she wanted to blow 120 on a 20 minute stripper thats her own problem, she wanted him there xxx

my cbm got married 18 months ago i wasnt moh or anything but her sister didnt moved herself so i organised it and i bought her a big blow up w!lly well it saw the most action all the hens were fighting over it haha!! but i chose a hen do i would like coz she and i are so similar and she loved it! 2 course meal in a hotel and a theme night in there and over night stay with breakie! xx

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a crap night. Maybe you ought to arrange another one but have it how you want it this time. My friend is sorting mine out but she is really understanding and knows I don't like strippers, clubs etc so she is booking a spa day.

Sorry havent been on in a while just so much happing! 4 weeks to go and its been quite manic, i've been in for surgery and still healing. Not going to get abother night out so just have to take the night for what it was and remember the good parts!

Aww hon, trouble is friends tend plan what they want. It's not always what the bride would like. I remember planning a lovely meal for my friend while we were away for her hen, half the party loved it and the other half did nothing but moan, so even though the hen had a really nice treat that she loved, coz her BMs kicked up a fuss it was tainted with their bitterness (she is no longer friends with her BMs and I am glad)

Gosh so sorry your hen night ended up being such a letdown! I think you have every right to leave if they did something they knew would make you uncomfortable and its a shame that your mum couldn´t try and leave the tears at home for your night!

Makes me so glad I´m not having a hen night, heard way too many sad stories!
