They have quite a few lovely pairs of shoes, but I went with those as I think they will look fab painted or left as they are x

WAHOOOOO!!! Have just heard from Sonia, the UK lady ......
She has come up with a few fab ideas which incorporate roses, musical notes and records to reflect the 1950's theme, alongside swirls, maybe polka dots and of course some crystals and the name Mr and Mrs Robinson. As a rough estimate, she said about £175 with a turn around time of approx 6 weeks. Am so excited!!! Wish H2b could come home from work now so I could tell him!! xx

I know HelenW, how unique will they be?! The first pic I posted is of a handpainted pair that I fell in love with, but the lady is in Canada and her prices were a little steep. By having a mooch on the tinterweb, I found a lovely lady who lives in Dorset and who does the exact same thing, to any design you want

I painted my own shoes, drew on them with permanent markers, there are pictures in my album I believe. If anyone wants their shoes doing, I'll do it, just send me the shoes. I need stuff for my portfolio anywho. I can paint with acrylics or draw with pens

Thanks EcoFreak :) hmmm it probably would work, although I might be worried about it cracking. I most definitely would not use ink or anything that would soak into the fibers of the fabric and cause blurriness though.
