I had a meeting with venue back in april with the guy that's dealing with my wedding on the day and he filled out the information and sent a copy to me with what im needing etc.
Just had a email from the woman who also deals with wedding stuff with a breakdown of costs in our account and WTF some of these stuff.
1. She's put a £150 venue hire, when i was told AND its on my info sheet its complientary 2. The price per head for adults she's put as £23.15 but its more as we changed one of the choices for starters 3.Wasn't aware that we were goin to have fruit jugs at £4.00 per jug but i dont actually mind that 4. She's put in the price of the DJ but the DJ actually said I would pay him seperate before the wedding. 5. The number of guests she's estimated for the evening buffet is 97 ..but infact at the least we'll only have 85 guests and not all should be catered for. 6. She's charging us £30.00 for sandwiches which I can see from previous is or should be included in the buffet 7. Charging us £2.20 per person for Tea/Coffees which I thought were standard with the meal and buffet. 8. Charing us for one more children's meal ..ther'es only 2 kids meals that should be charged.
So ive had to send her back the info sheet I got in april to give her proof of this..
OMG i really want to cry!!!!!!!!! seriously why is it one cost for her and the other for my wedding dude arghh

Try not to stress yourself out over it. Hopefully it'll turn out that she's mix you up with another couple or something. Fingers crossed for you that it works out.
what i think has happened is she's got our original sheet of details that was first taking when we went in a while ago...then we went back in april and changed a few things etc
i feel dizzy and sick ..awaiting a call back goin to see if we can get up there 2nite and go over every detail.

If you have in writing what you agreed to in April you should go back and make sure she knows the charges you agreed too.... Can they do that to you 2 weeks before the wedding...its unfair to you...Did you sign for the original agreement?

I am goin there tonight *hopefully* and gettin it sorted with h2b..my mum has said its fine if we drop lucas off to her for a hour or so
tbh ive just re read it ..and it only looks more coz she's added the DJ onto it where we are meant to pay him seperate..other than that...its turned out how much i expected it to be roughly...
just foned my mum in tears and im sendin the email i just got and the info sheet for her to print off.....she said they have probably broken it down in more depth than i would!

dont get me wrong em's the woman that im dealin with via email who is another wedding manager alongisde my co ordinator has been fab!!!
but i think she has got info from our first meeeting last year and since then many things have changed ...and it needs sorting like TODAY not tomorrow, or the weekend or next week heaven forbid TODAY and i phoned the venue about 35 mins ago to ask for this woman but she was with someone else and "wont be too long" ...grrr

tbh im not goin to ..my weddin co ordinator graham just foned me back to to apologise for the mix up ..that they are up to their eye balls and he's been on holiday the last week and bascially its just her and someone else..and at least it didnt happen when it was comin to pay for it and i paid and get all the wrong stuff x
