    ARGGGHHHHH

Have had an awful day today!! One of my friends popped over for lunch ... she bought crisps, cocktail sausages and chocolate with her. Sooooooooooooo over my calorie intake today :(

Must be strict for next week!

I lost 3lb this week which made up for staying the same last week. I think it could possibly have been more but after having dinner at my future sil's house we all took a detour to the pub & had way to many cocktails.
Drinking lots of water today to flush my system. I've also finally taken measurements so that I can keep track of that too.

My weight has always yo-yo'd and I've tried every diet under the sun. I used to do a lot of running - mainly for fundraising after my dad died - I've done loads of half marathons and 10k races and I really thought my weight would drop right down but it didn't. After 40 years - I've realised that the times I lose weight the easiest and without even trying is when I stop obsessing and thinking about food all the time and just eat when I'm hungry. Granted I haven't lost masses lately but now if I want pizza - I have pizza, if I want chocolate I have it - but since I've had this attitude I don't crave the naughty stuff half as much. In fact I probably crave healthier meals now I've let myself have a free reign. Hope that makes sense!! xx

I've done 30 DS, not religiously for 30 days but mixed in with other things (ie running and other work outs) Felt much more toned and engergised so it's all good. Didn't lose masses of weight really but definitely looked better xx

It's great gonzo, I've never finished it for different reasons, but I can always tell a different inches wise when I've been doing it and for 20 minutes a day it's fab, all I would say is I don't like her cool downs, I tend to do my own

30ds is great, especially on days I couldn't get to the gym. :)

This weekend was awful, ate far too much!
This week hasn't been as bad, just in from gym and yoga..

Hoping that I've got a loss on Friday!

Apparently they're really dangerous Ana, I was on the internet a few months ago and they were being advertised and my fiancé saw and said how he couldn't believe they were being advertised as he was sure they could be poisonous (he's a chemist)so we looked them up and they look really dodgy.

I think if you search for Raspberry keytones poisonous or dangers (something like that) you'll see loads of websites warning against them

Does anyone else do sit ups on a pilate's ball. I used to do crunches but my mum bought me a pilate's set for Christmas, I'm yet to use the rest of it as I haven't had time to have a session of just pilate's yet (I tend to go on my crosstrainer and then do the situps) I find them a lot harder then the crunches, I could do hundreds of crunches and after starting the sit-ups this week I'm only just up to doing 50 (30 straight and 20 to the side)

Hopefully will get some good results with them though :D

Have just completed my first measure since the 5th Feb, I usually go for a measure every 2 weeks so this is slightly longer than usual but I have lost 2.5 inches :) So that's 6.5 inches lost in total now since the start of January so just under 7 weeks. Must admit I m a little surprised I have lost any inches after half term last week! I felt like I was eating 24/7!!

Next measure will be around the 14th March when there will be just over 10 weeks to go until our Wedding Day. This will also be the day of my next dress fitting.

Ooo this feed sounds interesting and could possibly give me the motivation I need. Ive changed my diet and portion size drastically since xmas, Ive gone full on healthy eating, I dont get much time to exercise but my job keeps me on my feet. Ive lost some weight, not much though it seems alot of hard work at the moment with not much reward. My issue at the moment is im starting to crave all the things that ive cut out ( sweets, crisps, biscuits) and for the past week ive noticed that im slowly going back to my bad eating habbits :-(

The last couple of weekends have knocked my weight loss off a bit. I need to get back on focus now. Haven't weighed the last couple of weeks, but measured my waist yesterday and it was slightly up, partly due to eating pancakes I think. Hopefully this week I can get back on track.

I am Amanda, I love it, trying to go it alone at the minute to save the money I'd pay at group for the wedding though.

I lost 2 stone on it before and kept it off for over a year, was only when I went on the pill and ran a marathon that I gained some of the weight back. Just trying to get back on track with it, but it's hard at the minute as we seem to have loads of plans and events which involve food, so I'm just trying to stick to it when I can (and if I know I'm having some bad days I'll keep the s*** low the rest of the week)

Any of you ladies struggling with sticking to eating healthy, while you’ve got your partner around, ordering your favourite takeout as a special treat?

I’ve been trying to keep my big weightloss plans a secret from Mr Fiance. I don’t want him to think I’m being neurotic. I also know he’ll try to show me that he loves me just the way I am- by buying me chocolates and cooking me chips!

What do you think- should I tell him my plan and ask him to be supportive? I doubt he’s going to join in with the salad and steaming craze, but it might help him to be a little bit more sensitive to what a struggle this is.

Thank you donna and mrs wade 2 b, I will definitely give slimming world a try.
My problem at the moment is that im eating less calories and have been for a few months now, but I dont seem to be shifting the weight. In fact ive only lost about 4lb which I can easily put back on within a few days, so dont see the result of a weight loss. Im not over weight by a vast amount, I need to loose about 1 and half stone but its coming off so slowly its hard to keep focused on it.
But like I said will definitely try slimming world if nothing else it will hopefully change my attitude towards food

Emma I would tell him you need to be good with your choices, not just for the wedding but so that you can have a healthy life together. Me and my other half are working together, not got money for SW but friends are doing really well on this plan. We are eating less (smaller portions) and cutting out chocolate and crisps. My downfall is not drinking water -need to find something to have instead of coffee -any advise??

Checked my weight today after three weeks, where the weekends have all been bad for a diet. Would have been extremely relieved to have stayed the same, turns out I've gone from 61 kilos to 59.8. Very happy, although my waist measurement hasn't dropped, it's fluctuating between 79.5 and 81. I'm getting into Pilates now so hopefully that will help. I'm happy with my weight now, although I can afford to lose more, but I'd still like to lose something off my tummy and arms.
