Well I bit the bullet and went back to my class last week first weigh in tonight and 5 pounds off so happy as that's my back to what I was before I stopped class in July! Sticking to it so I loose a few more pounds before Xmas and I can truly relax on Xmas day xx

I really need to eat better this week, with being in Belfast last week pigged out! Didn't shop St. weekend do last 2 days bought lunch, but been shopping and made soup for tomorrow!
I got it!!!! I got my 1.5st Award after a massive 4.5lb loss this week!!

Really pleased, I've weighed myself this morning and since Monday 23rd Nov (just over a week) I've lost 4lbs.....
Need another half a stone off by May 7th which is my first dress fitting and I'll be happy x

So my weight loss plan has gone to pot. Being really good in the day but not been getting to the gym after work and eating some naughty things, so I am at the same weight as I started. I don't seem to have the motivation. Maybe dress shopping in a few weeks will wake me up.

I'm looking into the local 51immingW0r1d group, am seriously considering joining, I really want to drop a couple of sizes for 2017 wedding, but more than that I need to give my diet a major healthy overall. I used to be fairly good (moderated sweet intake and portion sizes, snacking on veg & fruit etc) but have slowly descended into a very poor diet of cakes and takeaways since my mum passed away this year. Not good, esp with diabetes in the family :/ my friend has been with SW and reached her target weight before Christmas, really recommends it.

I weighed myself yesterday to see what damage had been done - the scales showed a gain of 4lbs!!!! Weighed myself again this morning though and it's down to 3lbs, so not so bad and I suppose it won't take long to get back off again.
Been doing my dvd in the lead up to Christmas and did it again today, so come New Year it should be much easier to get back into the swing of things. Going to be as healthy as poss these next 3 days then might have a treat NYE (and some alcohol of course), but then back on it with a vengeance! Had an omelette for breakfast today before doing my dvd and planning chicken breasts stuffed with spinach, red onion and passata with sweet potato fries and lots of vegetables for dinner tonight.

Hi ladies! I am new to posting on here but have been reading for a while. I am keen to start a fresh for the new year and shift the "happy weight" I have gained slowly since meeting my fiancé...
I haven't weighed myself for a while but reckon Ill have about 2.5 stone to loose. I have done SW before and I am not sure about the unlimited meat/pasta/rice thing as I think that my main problem is portion sizes. There is a WW group literally 30 seconds walk from my front door so am thinking of doing that instead. I have also started running again. I used to do a bit of running and was running 5k 2 or 3 times a week but it was quite time consuming so am going for the little and often approach and doing about 3k 3 or 4 times a week instead and I think that will fit in with my lifestyle more.

I've gained about a stone in 5 months after a car accident Jen and I'm trying to get back into my running.. I was doing 10 milers and lost 1/2 a stone within two weeks of starting the longer distances before the crash! I struggle to get up to 5k because of back and hip pain now so someone reccommended on here j1ll1an m1chaels 30 day shred ... It's a dvd in 3 levels so you do each level for 10 days- it only takes 20 minutes per day so good on time and you burn 3.267 calories x how many lbs you weigh divided by three so works out at 177 for me - only 100 less than doing a 5k run but it also helps your strength and sculpt your muscle tone. I Did a 5k run then day 4 yesterday - my muscles are screaming but I felt a lot of my form had returned for running by simply increasing my strength again as resting up for 5 months has depleted all my muscles.
Also read last night that you need a calorie deficit of 3500kcal every week to loose 1 lb which I was surprised at so you need to save about 500kcal per day either by eating well or exercise - that's where I've been going wrong!!!

Well today is the 6th day I'll be doing the 30ds dvd. Started on Saturday after a disgusting weigh in that shocked me into sorting myself out.
Saturday I did the DVD and an hour of yoga then Sunday just the DVD Monday dvd Tuesday 5k run and DVD, Wednesday DVD and yoga and watching my calorie in take - I'm now down 2lb since Saturday!!

I weighed myself this morning and I'm a pound heavier..... I'm not concerned too much as I've not been watching my food intake much. I have however upped my exercise so toning will have started. Once I combine the 2 it will come off better x

I put on a pound yesterday then dropped 3 (2 from what I started) so hopefully you'll do the same :)
I'm being very strict with my food too. Only eating proper meals that I've preplanned out so I know the calorie and nutrition intake.
It's so hard eveything I see I want to scoff :( even just one like chocolate ands fruit sweets and digestives arghh where has my will power gone .. So far I've not succumbed but I dunno why I'm bothering as were out drinking tonight and that's calorific

I've worked out that I can only have 4 drinks tonight if I want to be under my calorie intake by 500 kcal to keep on track as a fruity cider is apparently 210kcal a bottle :( I think vodka and lemonade and things are better to night do vodka cranberrys or something

Becci my shred DVD turned up today, ready to start tomorrow. Best thing to drink is clear or light coloured spirits with diet / zero pop or tonic. Cranberry is good as well as you say. Gonna weigh in the morning and start logging from there. Here's to it! :)

Weighed in last night after binging on buffet food and I'm a pound less so I'm pleased....
OH showed me some core exercises yesterday so I'm going to try them daily as they are quick to do in a morning before work etc....
I need to keep at it and tone up.
