Evening invites were £12.58 which is enough for 100 invites (13p per invite) bargain!

I've already posted my bargains but I suppose great deals with friends also count as bargains?

I think all my photography will be for free or in exchange of favours - boudoir, wedding and rock the frock are all done by different people.
Also a friend who's a stylist will do my hair and help me with the bms hair on the day - in exchange for favours.

Another friend will help me customise my dress (sew sleeves on).

And another friend with a cake business is making our cake for a great price.

Just got a good 'bargain'. I'm helping organise the staff xmas party and suggested certain things for table centres; tealights and holders, hurricane vases and candles/fairy lights etc etc. The chief organiser agreed and has bought enough for the 19 tables and says I can use whatever I want for the wedding - prob half what she's bought. That's my misc room decoration (there are lots of windows!) sorted for free!

    Smarties - I love it!!

I've asked my boss for some free candles from work. They're a gorgeous range of vegetable wax and essential oil candles and I want the lemon and basil scent. We get sent free incentives each month, so I've asked if I can squirrel a few away.

Other bargains I guess would be the dress, bridesmaid/prom rather than wedding - so a fair amount cheaper.

The venue we're looking at for our reception isn't a wedding venue, so the price isn't over inflated either - so hopefully that will be another bargain for us.

the shop that i work at have said (after i nagged) that i can have their 12ft christmas tree and all the hanging decorations after christmas as they get new ones each year.... guna turn the tree white or make it look snowy at least, then put tabs out for people to put their messages on then add too the tree, like a hanging guest book. then spray the green and gold hanging decorations in our colours for the venue x

my flowers (including h2b's buttonhole and I've made 2 hairslides for my flowergirls using some of them) cost £20 (fake hydrangeas from the bay)
I made my tiara with swarovski crystal beads for about £10 thanks to the local bead shop discontinuing some of their lines. I also have some spare to make a few bits of jewellery if I want.
Oh and I handmade my invitations for less than £25 which included the price of a heat gun for embossing ( I made the stamp myself which made it a little cheaper than buying one, especially seen as I wanted something really specific which I would have had to have made specially, saved myself a fair amount on that alone)
Oh and my sister is going to do my nails for free,
and my other sisters boyfriend is doing our photography for free so that he can get it in his portfolio (he has just finished a photography and fine art degree and is looking to get started, wedding pay the best so we're doing him a favour really!)
Can't wait to find even more bargains in the new year!

I think it has to be my wedding shoes. Reduced from £60 down to £18 in Monsoon.
Although we are doing DIY center piece; we are having 5 or 6 glass bottles with flowers in on each table. Haven't had to buy any as my family have collected the bottles over the years.
