Just posting in here cause although this swap shop is a good idea it hasn't been good for me!!!
Just be careful about trusting people as my experience has left me fuming :(
I swapped a dress for a tiara and although i sent mine to her which she received the next week back in Jan i think I have still yet to receive my item! I have mailed her on here numerous times and got excuses and i'm very annoyed now. I know she has seen the messages as u can see when a person last logged on but have gotten no reply for my last few messages to her.
The first excuse was she wrote the wrong house number and it was returned to her and now she told me she sent it out near the easter holidays yet i have still not received anything! The dress i swapped cost a lot of money and now i'm out of pocket cause of it so again just be careful when ur swapping stuff.

I can't believe how nice everyone is! I was just expecting loads of sorry's to me but the fact people are actually offering me things is sooo nice. I can't get over how selfish some people can be when u trust them with something expensive :(

What a horrible situation mrs clarke, i was about to lend you mine but i kept reading ans you seem to have it sorted. The women on here are ao nice, other than the odd one. I hope the tiara suits youre style hunni. With that i still have black candle sticks, i have seven sets of 3, if anyone wants them please let me know, they arw brand new and boxed, i was going to use them as decorations but changed my mind. I bought one from ebay......hated it on me so sold it. Bought another one and it arrived White when I had ordered champagne! so I dyed it and knackered it! Sooooooo, I am now waiting for fabric to arrive to make my own.....and the fabric is lost in the post. was posted 16th April and no sign of it. was sent recorded delivery and post office have the tracking number and have confirmed its lost......

They said I can buy some more, then when they get their refund from Royal Mail they will refund me for the first lot that was lost...... Errrrrr No I dont think so. Its not my fault its lost, its up to them to send me more or refund me, THEN get ther compensation from Royal mail isnt it? I told them that this morning, and I think they will be sending more fabric today. I should hopefully get it Mon-Tues.

Deffo their responsibility! Same thing happened to me with an ebay seller and she offered me a refund or new product the second she knew it was lost, then she filed a claim with Royal Mail. It's not our problem as customers. They should send you out a new one and take up their issue with royal mail

I have a fairly boring offer here but I ordered wrongly and wondered if anyone could benefit from my mistake. I have 100 cellophane confectionery type bags that I wanted for my favours but they are wrong shape and too small. I got them from ebay and this is the title from the post: 50 CLEAR CELLOPHANE SWEET / PARTY / GIFT BAGS 3" x 5" (I ordered 2 quantities to get 100). Having said that I have had one out of the envelope they were sent in so perhaps better only send the person that wants them 99 as the 100th one is a bit crinkled now from me trying to see what it would hold. I have a guestbook to swap. It's beautiful, but doesn't have space to write messages, just lined pages with 'Guest name' and 'Gift' written at the top, so good if you are having a gift list and want a nice keepsake to keep a record of who got you what.
Its white with a square indent in the middle where it has a dangling silver loveheart and says guestbook on the front.
I need another guestbook in silver theme/butterflies, which blank pages please :)

no just the postage will be fine if its ok with you don't know how much it will cost but will post it tomorrow if you send me you address and let me know what type of postage you want it sent by it doesn't weigh much but its more the shape will be bulky i normally would send it second recored to make sure it gets there. xx
