Hey all! We're struggling to decide where to go on honeymoon in October....want to go somewhere hot but not too expensive..we were thinking mexico but can't decide whether to risk it raining lol :/ any thoughts? X

mexico does tend to have a rainy season then hun but the showers never last long apparently as in laws have been around this time but when it pours it POURS but there is little buggies that take you round the complex at tulum and akumal x

We are going to Cuba at end of September and be similar weather to Mexico.... we have been advised there is chance of rain and hurricanes but its so hot anyway sometimes you are glad for the rain to clear the air. Also apparently it will rain then stop minutes later and be alright for the rest of the day so you should be fine xxx

We honeymoon'd in Gran Canaria 1-15 Oct 2012 and it was lovely and hot - around 30-35 daily but cooler at niht, about 22-25 in the evening. We have been to GC 3 times now, first two times quite cheap, honeymoon we splashed out. Photos of honeymoon villa in my albums x

Hawaii is lovely but really expensive out there!
i went to the carribean in september eg rainy seaon and it rained once and it was refreshing more than anything as it was soo hot. Barbados is lovely and actually really cheap once your there, when we went when my H2B proposed we got a niceish place for 9 nights and it was only like 300-400 quid for the apartment, so if you shop around there are some great deals, i wouldnt recommend fully inclusive as the food locally is so cheap and the poople are so nice, a 3 course meal and drink is about 7 quid per person believe it or not!
