Dan & are both in IT, currently working for FCO. We both enjoy our jobs, but there are times when I want to reach down the line and strangle the users!

I'm a nurse at the local hospital (everyone here thinks it's big but it's really quite tiny compared to sheffield where I trained) and H2B is currently working as a chef in a local pub/restaurant but is applying for some other job which I'm not quite sure what it is but something to do with machinery (it's more money than he's on now but as he's on minimum wage at the minute anything more is better than a kick in the teeth!)

I'm a qualified beauty therapist and work as retail manager at an independent organic beauty retailer. We have a store in Knutsford, a website and a recently launched beauty box scheme - I love the variety of my job! If anybody ever needs any skin care advice in the run up to the big day then feel free to get in touch! H2B works in IT.

I work as a caterer on trains, and H2B is a computer programmer for a company that contracts from the military. So don't ask me anything about his job, cos I don't have a clue what it involves!

I'm a year 3 teacher in a primary school, and H2B is a HR supervisor for Leeds city council

I'm a programmer although currently on maternity leave with the possibility of no job when i'm due to return to work. My OH is the foreman of a marquee company and is currently working in a chip shop in the evenings to help pay the bills

I'm a Lifeguard, but unfortunately have been out of work since Feb, so been a full time mom in between & I've just got myself a job in our local Iceland for over Christmas (that's where mom's like to go) x

i am a financial agent and h2b is a train driver :)

he doesnt get that much, but not far off. we live on the south coast near brighton and the cost of living here is unreal, if we moved up north he would be the same pay but our mortgage would prob be half what it is here.

This is so interesting! I work one-to-one with a 6 year old autistic boy at his school. I love my job. It is one of the best I have ever had - that is apart from when I was a nanny in New York City... but that's another story. x

I have been well paid in all my nannying jobs, apart from New York. I didn't really have any outgoings though as I was living in, so all my income was disposable income really. x

I'm a children's social worker & the h2b is a retail manager at m&s :-)

After a change in job i am currently working as a personal assistant in a supported housing prject for adults with learning disabilities. I really like it here, and am hoping within the next couple of years to work my way to housing support worker.

Training to be a teaching assistant, oh is a manager for a production company. Small earners, but happy comfortable life :)

I'm a self employed lighting technican and stagehand in the entertainment business... mainly working on music and comedy gigs, but do some corporate work, as well as sports branding! Basically, I pimp myself out to anyone who needs people to push boxes, plug things in and make things look pretty! If there's cable ties or gaffa tape involved, I'll do it! Been doing it since university, and I love it, I hate that I'm going to have to find another job when we start trying for kids. Ben does pretty much the same as me, except he's moving more into site and production managing, and health and safety.

I work in Facilities Management at our Local Police HQ, but the company i work for also manages alot of police buildings around the country. so i help with the day to day running of police buildings up and down the country. My H2B is an IT Technician who works in a Data Centre for a very well known bank maintaining global networks... so looking after everyones money really. :) x
