OOh I might phone up and ask them to send me the forms. H2B has already done it in Brum and had to phone up my mum to check how my middle name is spelt!! Hahaha!

I had to book an appointment, he just turned up and did it. Southampton said all their Saturday appointments are booked up until JANUARY!!!
