Is it wrong that i'm starting 2 wonder if i shouldn't have a hen night at all because if i go for what i want then not everyone will be there but if i do what they want then i won't be happy!!!

I'm thinking of doing the same because I just see it as a waste of money tbh BUT my sister won't let me not do anything soooo thinking of doing something abit different to the night out option. Maybe a concert or something. What is it you want to do? xxx

i really wanted a spa weekend n nice dinner, don't get me wrong i absoloutly love a night out with my friends but i think that i can do that anytime & not really special for my hen night!!!

Hardly any of my friends would travel to a spa though because i wanted to go to 1 in poole.

It just seems like so much extra stress that i dont need!!!!

That was partly my thinking, MariaLouise. I have a lot of guy friends so I'm having a "Stag do" for them, a hen do away with just like mother, sil, couple of aunts and bridesmaids, and then a night locally for mil, nans, younger cousins etc. Lol x

yeah chick, spoke 2 most of them & i've had the same reaction "ohh a spa, hmmmm not really my scene! why dont we just do a pub crawl?"

am just gonna have a normal nyt out, without my bridesmaids (sisters) as they prefere to drink in the huose and wont like were a go anyway (rock clubs) plus it's gonna be bad enough having them at the wedding (all 3 of us together is like world war3)

shewolf well your def making the most of it lol but i may just stick with one and go on a girlie pee up havent been on a girls night out in a couple of years its hard to get us all together as we all have kids and stuff and it will be typical hen night xx

My friends are useless and always cancel on me so mine will probably just be me and my sister lol x

Not at all sad nicole! I've not been out once since my daughter (almost 18 months old) was born! Although to be fair, I do suffer badly from anxiety! x

my lil girls nearly 5 & my lil boys nearly 2, had a few nights out but always want to get home 2 them.

finding it difficult this weekend as my h2b is away until sunday visiting friends & going racing :(

hate when he's away though, it's as if he forgets how to use his fone!!!! i hardly hear from him but he just says its because he thinks its rude to txt when hes in company.

but im having one Karl is insisting on it and so is my sister! Thing is I dont have many friends in real life! and Im not into the whole party stuff I don't drink and just didnt know what to do!

But now I think im just going to go to a chineese place with a few people!

My sil did a sex and the city night with cocktails cinema and cheese cake.
Then the next night we were all in black dresses and her in white out for a meal and casino.

I dont know if i want i hen night my moh will be anning big fancy dress out on the town thing and i would probably just prefer going away for a spa.
I am jot a big drinker at all yeh i will have a few but really i couldnt care less if i never drank again.

Its your night. Try explain to your friends that it is your night and thats what you would prefer.

I'm either not gonna bother or have one at my house, haven't been clubbing since I was young and don't really go out! (friends bday party Nov, a party with kids new yr, and May for a wedding reception but been occasionally going out now for an hour or 2 now and again)

Kaz my ideal 1 was a spa down in poole, its the lush spa (the bath bomb shop)

My h2b is wanting 2 go away for the weekend racing for his stag do, so i thought a spa weekend & meal would be perfect but alot of my friends havent been to keen on the idea, they just wanna go on a p**s up!!! even though i do like a good 1, aint my idea of my perfect hen weekend.

im having two, a spa day with the bridesmaids, and a hag do with my h2b which we are having a curry and then having a bit of a drunken night. xx
