hia all, I've just bought my wedding shoes from a Benjamin Adams supplier and on checking them over have found that I am not happy with the quality of them. Am I being too fussy or should I contact the retailer?? The thing is I don't want to pay £250 for a pair of shoes that I feel are not perfect! but on the other hand id feel bad taking them back in case I sound stuck up. What would you do in my situation?? xxxx

Whats wrong with them? Can you email them and send them a photo explaining why you are not happy. Then they can fully understand where you are coming from. X

If your not happy with them then I would take them back to the shop you got them from first, you have paid a lot of money for these shoes, they should be perfect.

Take them back hun ... why would you sound stuck up ? if you are not happy with the quality you have every right to say so ..esp given the price ..
I would take them straight back if not happy not like it just and every day shoe or cheap either x
If you returned them and i worked there i wouldn't think u stuck up at all id think u wanted quality xxx

if you dont want to sound fussy or anything like that all you need to do is tick 'not suitable' on the refund reason... you dont need to go into detail.
Whether this was your wedding or not you dont keep them for the sake of it if your not happy with them, no matter what the cost! and especially at that sort of price!
