Well a 2nd stag do for fella with his work colleagues last night. Told me he'll be relatively sensible considering today is our 13 year anniversary being together. Told him to enjoy himself but not to be too late especially if he's coming home.
At 10 to 12 I got a call from his mate. We're off the train can you come to ours to collect him. Yeah sure. Well he's obviously a little worse for wear I think. Noooooo! I got there after 30 minutes of driving up and down the wrong lane cos I've only been there once and couldn't remember where the house was and he wouldn't answer the phone to give me the postcode.
I arrived there to find him totally inebriated - and when he's that bad he ends up argumentative, stubborn and acts like a child in a drugged up stupor (at least what I'd imagine one to be like).
He slept on the couch last night. I got to sleep at 4.30 this morning and was up at 9 when he tried to crawl in bed. He's since apologised but still in the doghouse as I've given him his anniversary card and presents and he's just crawled back in bed.
He'll be making it up to me big time he knows it, that's why I reckon he's crawled back into bed, well that and his hangover.
The days are flying by, can't wait :)

Well he's nipping out now - buying presents I assume - I know he'll make it up to me but I still find it annoying when it happens.
I'm dreading when we have teenage kids now :-p

Thanks - he will be running circles around me for a few days as he's finally twigged how upset he made me.
He doesnt do it often at least and I understand it in part, I just wish he was a bit more sensible about it, but boys will be boys!
