I have just got all excited because the pocket watches for the men arrived today and have been brought crashing down to earth now I have opened them up to have a nosy. His dad's looks like it has had some chemical drop on it and tarnish the surface. His nephews clock face has a big scratch across it and his sister in laws engraved handbag mirror has some marks on it too. Not happy at all for the amount of money we paid for them. They had best do refunds!

Kev is now on the case. He tends to handle situations like this better than me. He is more professional where as I tend to lose my temper if I get a silly unresponsive person on the other end of the phone.

That is the reason we are doing these kind of things early so if anything happens we have time to sort them out. Kev just rang back to say they said to send them back. I just need to check with him tonight that they will also refund out costs for posting back.
