hi all i havent been on for a few days as i some how managed to damage my knee :( so havent been able to walk much or move about lol

Oh no! That's awful hun! Has he said why he feels that way?
And I know how you feel with the knee, I have had a dodgy one for over a year now :( I hope it gets better for you soon xxx

Surely it shouldn't matter whether you married before or not, even if it was to each other? If you love each other and want to be together then the best way to show that is to get married to each other. The fact you are marrying each other again must show that you are meant to be? Men can be stubborn sometimes. You just need to work on him and make sure he knows how you feel about it too xxx

Oh I see, a bit of a mid life crisis? lol Well maybe when his birthday has been and gone he will be more willing to discuss a wedding again? xxx

Hi Ladies, its been ages and ages since I have been on here. I do hope all your wedding plans are going well??? we are all ahead of schedule with 7 months to go. Bridesmaid dresses have all arrived, just waiting for my dress to arrive. Took delivery of the wedding invites last week ready for them to go out in October.

SaraC1 hope your ok, like you say maybe he needs a chance to get past his 40th birthday and the anniversary of his dads death and you can both look forward to the future and hopefully plan your wedding xx

It's ok Helen you will get used to it soon! I can't really recommend either of them as I have not been to an actual wedding there, I went to a reception at Drayton Old Lodge and it was nice but I personally wouldn't marry there just because it wasn't really to my personal taste. Have you been to view them both and got quotes etc? xx

I am from Hopton so am getting married in the village church and then the reception is at Parkhill hotel in Oulton. It offers everything we wanted at a good price and is only a 5 minute drive from the church :) How about you Tasha?

If anyone is still looking for somewhere, Southwood Hall in Freethorpe is a gorgeous venue!! It is a little pricy but you get a lot for your money. My friend is marrying there next year after I told her about it (unfortunately it was too expensive for me :() xxx

It sounds lovely! And yeah I know what you mean about putting you mark on it. I have an appointment soon with a wedding decorator to give me some ideas to do exactly the same! lol xx

ive not been to the places u said but i love love love how drayton old lodge looks and would love to have our wedding there
espically in winter with snow around :D

We have picked our cake we want, but need to find someone who can make it for us for an affordable price but that's about it for now! It's going very slowly! lol xx
