Anyone else getting nightmares? About stuff going wrong? I had my second wedding nightmare last night. They do seem to be related to where we are in the planning process though.

The first one was that it was my wedding day, i was getting married that afternoon and nothing had been sorted and i didnt even have a dress! We had no food and were trying to make a buffet for 200 guests while finding me a wedding dress and shoes and it was all going horribly horribly wrong.
This was several months ago before things were booked and bought.

Then last night i dreamt that on the day of the wedding i had to go and spean to the registrar, who asked what date i was thinking of for my wedding. I said "im getting married today" and she said "we have no record of that, so you wont be able to get married".......so everything was all booked and planned and our guests were here but the registrar was saying we couldnt marry!

I know these are just nightmares, but surely i cant be the only one having them?

I dont feel stressed out, we have not been busy doing wedding stuff or anything and i know pretty much everything is booked and deposits down and we have given notice, i have my dress shoes tiara veil and hoop.... bridemaids stuff is all here and groomsmen suits etc literally is all good to go, we even have our rings now. So im not at all worried and we still have nearly 10 months to go.

oh, i've had many of these nightmares. Mainly that h2b doesn't turn up or we have massive argument prior to wedding and cancel it. I think it is normal wedding jitters, one of my collegues mentioned taking night nurse to try and stop the nightmares, not sure if it works or not though x

Oh yes, thankfully they seemed to have calmed down a bit at the moment (filled with work-related onese instead LOL)!
My main one that I had a couple of times involved us forgetting about the wedding as we were all having such a good time in Vegas! Then when we remembered, it wasn't a big deal...until we got back home and realised that it was too late to get married now as our 'notice' period had run out! Weird...
It's perfectly normal. Just your subconcious trying to make sense of some stuff. I wasn't feeling stressed when I was having them either. Try not to worry about them - it won't help! Hx
