Or you could express if you feel comfortable with buba having a bottle, I think its a lovely idea, so you can get a good nights sleep before your big day!!! but if your happy enough to go with your original plans then i think you should go with that xx

i agree with dove, you will have a few weeks after the baby has arrived to see how the baby is settling and how much routine you have etc.. do you have anyone else who could stay with you and help with the baby just for 1 night so you could stick to your original plan but still not be on your own? x

21st October 2011 will be the best day of my life!!!

Me & hubby stayed together the night before as we have 4 children and youngest being 3 and sometimes a handful there was no way either of us was leaving each other...it would of been too stressful & the fact we didnt want too, do what feels right. I left in the morning with 2 of them to get ready at my mums, he had the other 2, all worked out fine. xx

I would leave it until nearer the time to see how you feel in yourself ! As we are getting married in a hotel and we are having all weekend for the wedding, we are having two rooms (one at each end of the hotel) and i'm having my 2 best women and my little girl staying with me and my h2b has our son so they can have a lads night the night before and he is also his best man !!! (at least he wont have a hangover ).

Do what feels right for you - if him staying away is going to cause stress for any of you, then don't worry about tradition. My H2B will be staying at his mum's but our little girl will be 20 months old by then, and relies on me a lot more than her daddy anyway, so it's not really an issue for us x
