Was thinking of Newcastle for hen party... is it a good laugh? Drink prices ok?
And most importantly.... IS THERE A FLARES?

Newcastle used to be great but thanks to the recession a lot of places have closed down. There are some excellent pubs still open and i love going out here. Yes tyere is still a Flares its on the corner of the Bigg Markett. Prices are normal town centre prices with offers on in most bars hope this helps
Hurry up July31st I want to be Mrs Hall.
3 more sleep!!!

Which Newcastle? :P
The Tyne one is beautiful, but only been there for work.
Newcastle-under-Lyme (the REAL Newcastle) is a fabulous night out, and the drink prices are remarkably reasonable. And I can walk home from town..

newcastle is fantastic i went last year with the girls for a weekend what a weekend dancins are great and so are the people there is a place called the gate what is a food and pub place during the day at night then they turn into dancings and its all in doors so you dont have to walk far in the cold plus you have the metro shoppin centre and takes a day to walk round it so plenty of shops for daytime shoppin my fave hobbie

Cheers guys. Our general plan is rent an apartment, Go Ape during the day, then a few bars in the evening ending in Flares.

I live in Newcastle and I have to stay that it is an amazing place to have a hen dooooooooo!!!!
Would defnately recommend the gate..... there's players, weatherspoons and mood But if u want cheese id definately say.....
Weatherspoons in the gate Sam jacks (outside the gate) - they get hen's up on the balcony Then head straight down the street to City Vaults Then cross the road and head straight down to..... FLARES!!!!!! Then end ur night in either Blu Bambu or Tiger Tiger (BB is the cheesier of the 2) - or stay in flares if u like it :)
I hope u have a fantastic time - any more info feel free to ask - i can even look into the apartments for u if any help :)
xx
