    Hello everyone,

I am a new girl on here and I need some help.
I am getting married in October this year.

I Have 6 Bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and 1 girl who doesnt really fit in to either because of her age being 12 she is too young to be a full blown bm and too old to be a flower girl!

All my bms are different shapes and sizes and of course want different things.

Myself and my fiancee made a deal that we would do this stress free but this is the only thing worrying me!!!

I cant afford to kit them all out in expensive dresses and shoes etc but they all have different tastes (some expensive)

Any tips/advice would be appreciated!! :-) (ps our theme is music festivals)

    Thank you
    xx

If you really cant afford to buy them all & you have a lot there lol I would ask them to all pay half towards them? that way they can then keep the dresses and it would save you some money. Or you could set a budget but then for 9 dresses could still be very expensive & its so easy to go over budget!!

Have a look on the bay hun x

ok firstly hello and secondly dont panic i am sure you will get lots of help on here.
Ok so your theme is music festival so why dont you get them all maxi dresses, they are cheaper than the actually bm dresses but will fit and flatter all sizes and the younger ones can have a flower girl dress. As for the 12 yr old ask her what she likes she may surprise you
I am having 6 too so i am aiming on doing them as cheap as possible and i told them all what the colour would be and the style ie strapless and said whoever doesnt like it sorry but i would understand if they no longer wanted to wear the dress and be bm and no one backed out which is good cause at the end of the day its your wedding and you are paying and they should feel honoured to have the role you want for them x

I agree with natasha. Music festival themes go hand in hand with Maxi dresses. Plus with summer (supposedly) on its way there are loads in shops with really good deals! Im having four (luckily all are very similar) with 2 flowergirls and getting all of theirs off the bay.. good thing with those is the majority are made to order so you just supply the measurements and they usually fit pretty spot on! when my sisters got married one got the bm dresses off the bay, and the other spent £100 on each dress from a wedding dress shop, and the ones from the bay actually fitted better! xx

If the girls have different tastes why dont you think about getting the twist dress.... its a dress that can be worn in a lot of different stlyes so its a good choice for different girls ideas, but keeping it matching in some way.
Ebay is a good idea too. and the mention above about the maxi dresses is a good one considering your theme....they could all have a slightly different one, or all identicle, plain or floral......the choices are endless...

    heres the twist dress

I would ask them all to help out with buying their outfits either that or is there no way you can reduce the amount of bridesmaids you have? Seems an awful lot of bridesmaids and flower girls to have if you are on a tight budget? Xx
