I like the seasonal idea too. It would work well with the current logo as it is a blank canvas. x

I like the idea of having a new logo, and the seasonal idea =) But i think it should definately stay hot pink.

Okay ladies,
Well clearly it's going to be difficult to keep everyone happy, we have run a poll on the UKbride forum the results to date are -
43% Love it 24% Think its good 24% Think its okay 5% Don't like it 4% Hate it!
So that means that 67% think its better than okay and 9% think it's worse than okay. With 'Love it' being the most popular answer.
On the UKbride Facebook Fan Page the results are -
68% liked it 20% thought it was okay 11% didn't like it
So I guess the results in a democratic vote means that the 'eyes have it' (or is it I's have it???) as they say in government!
We really appreciate the members suggestions and thank them for their work, but there were not enough positive comments that would make them favourites over our proposed logo.
We are also going to redesign the home page to make it simpler and easier to use. But don't panic we are not going to change the buttons dramatically xxx
I like it, but it looks like the type of logo you'd put on a bubble gum wrapper.

Look forward to the updates. Remember though no one likes change but we will all get used to it....look how many people moan when a certain popular social networking site updated their layout, total uproar.
I do have a question though - I am about half way through designing my t-shirt to get my bonus loyalty points. Do I need to use the new logo now, or will the old one still be ok?
P.S. I didn't mean to be rude about the logo in my previous post - I just kinda liked the old one, as it looked more sharp and business like, just like I imagine a modern B2B. The new one just looks a bit cutsey and fluffy-bunny for my personal taste.
But like MrsWard nicely illustrated, in three weeks I'll probably think it's lush and wouldn't want it any other way :)

Lol... You can only download the existing logo at the moment. We will rollout the new logo soon. But it makes no difference to me which one you choose.
Design is in the eye of the beholder. We all like different things. Which is just as well as you're all marrying someone who looks completely different to the next person lol. It would be impossible to design a logo where 100% were happy with it I am happy that the majority like the new design, and can accept that some of you won't like it. Don't worry I won't take that personally it's just the way it is in design laugh out loud!
