I have emailed them this and sent it to them in writing but have had no reply. got in touch with trading standards they were the ones that found me their address (as there was not one on their website).
I am now tempted to email them again saying I am going to post a bad review on as many websites as I can of their company? Do you think I should do this! - I am so angry and feel I bit hopeless! -
Dear Manager,
I had one of your limo's hired for me and my family for my wedding day yesterday (11 August 2012). which was booked for 12:30 - 13:30, and picked us up from Wilmer Way in Southgate and dropped us off at the Fairway Tavern in Welwyn Garden City.
I want to say how disappointed I am in your driver and how unprofessional his attitude was on the day. He arrived between 5-10 minutes early and when my father explained how we would not be coming out for another 15-20 minutes, he straight away made my father feel like that was a problem. I then went out to him myself 10 minutes later for him to say to me that he can only wait a maximum of 10 more minutes as he has another pick up after he had dropped us off. We were all made to rush ourselves which therefore meant we did not have time to take any before photographs with the limo and this caused us all to panic as this additional stress and rush was not planned for nor appreciated.
Once I gave the driver the payment of £200 he then demanded another £50 for 'waiting time', putting a lot of pressure on me to pay. I begrudgingly paid the extra £50 even though by the time we left it was only 12:50 giving us 40 minutes to make the journey, and we got to our destination at 13:30 anyway. As per my booking, I had the limo booked for the hour (12:30-13:30) and therefore I did not go over my paid hour. If we had been ready to go as per the drivers request, we would not have been able to arrive at the venue prior to 13:30 which would have resulted in additional driving so as to delay our arrival. As per the above, the 'waiting time' caused us to arrive on time resulting in no additional driving required.
When I originally booked the limo I told the person over the phone that I would not need to get to my destination until 13:30 so I asked if I needed to book it for later. I was told that leaving at 12:30 to allow time for traffic.
I am really annoyed and I think the driver played on our sensitivity due to the fact it was an important time for us all just to get more money. He did not even open the doors for me or my guests and it did not feel special in anyway and spoiled the morning of my special day because of this, which I won't be getting back.
I would like the £50 extra refunded back to me at a minimum as I think for the service you have provided this is the least you could do.

Omg,that sounds terrible! Were you informed of a 'waiting time' fee beforehand? And did you agree to a pick up time also? If you asked to be picked up at a certain time and he was early then it is his fault and not yours! As for the fee,id have told him to sing for it! Very unprofessional having another pick up just after yours too!
