Wheres everyone getting their petticoats from I dont want one with hoops in just a net one to give a little volume to my dress....dont wanna pay the earth have looked on ebay but can only see ones with hoops x

when i went for my alterations hun she told me that to wear one under mine would make me look huge,my advice would be wait till your dress arrives then see what you think

I got one on ebay and you can see the hoop under my dress so bad, so that a no no. my friend told me to get crinoline underskirt with no hoops.
