My next door neighbour has started up a photography business and he's agreed to our wedding photos.

He said we only have to pay for the photos and not his time but we want to offer him something... just not sure how much?? xx

I would definitely sort him out something to eat on the day even if he isn't part of the party and you order him a bar meal or something. I think if he has said that he doesn't want any money then you are better to buy him a nice gift rather than trying to pass over cash.

Try and find out what kind of things he likes either hobbies, wine, spirits or get something that will be personal to him. He will appreciate the fact that you have thought about him and spent the time to sort something out for him.
