At the end of the day your guy seems nice and if he is as loyal and respectable and loves you as much as you think he does then NO WAY will he go there again. But by the sounds of it hun yous 2 are a united couple and will stand together, hand in hand, and point and laugh at that saddo. Poor you :( It sounds like Ant would never go near this girl again and is obviously doing his best to keep her away from him, I don't think you need to worry about her and you'll look the bigger woman if you step back and just let her humiliate herself, I don't think she needs any help on that front! Can't ant visit you for a weekend? Or visa versa? A conversation face to face would be sooooooooo much better than over the phone, at least then you can hold eachother. Hope it goes ok for you.

Firstly I'm so about your miscarriage...You do need to tell Ant though! And it would be better to tell Ant face to face I think!
Secondly, I don't think you need to worry about Ant and this Shhlaaaaag cuz he seems to really have his head screwed on!

she sounds terrible. on the note about miscarrying i would tell him you need to see him urgently or if you cant do that then phone him hun. dont wait until you get back because it might make him more upset that you left it so long. yous do genuinely sound in love and i think there is nothing yous cant make it through x x
hun reagrding the miscarriage so sorry to hear about it I know how u must be feeling... face to face would be the better option normally but I think as well that u shall tell him asap about it... not wanting to get his hope up that ur tummy is growing... maybe a web cam conversation could help?? or even in a letter as its a very personal thing too... wouldnt write it in an email nor sms and phone only if u have to best is face to face or a letter...

I don't think it matters how you tell him just tell him asap. I agree with Geri that he might get upset you didn't tell him when it happened. It's not fair to keep it from him and he'll undoubtedly help you through it.
I know it's annoying when someone has the nerve to go after your man, but the best thing you can really do is just ignore her. She probably thrives on the attention so don't give her the satisfaction that she's getting to you about it!
