    Please need some idea's of where to get outfit as she is 85 and wheelchair bound so would find it hard to try on outfits.... Any ideas of mail order site etc.. Have looked in my catalogue but nothing seams suitable all to young looking.. any idea's please as i keep drawing a blank... Thanks x

    I would actually go shopping - the problem with mail order is you cant always tell the fitting etc from a picture and it is hard to judge what something will look like. You dont have to try things on in the shop just check their returns policy gives refunds. I would suggest M & S or debenhams and possibly go for seperates such as a nice suit rather than a dress. She can try the jackets on without too much fuss then. Plus these shops have everything - tights, undergarments, hats / facinators, accessories so you have more chance of getting everything you need in 1 place and they cater for all ages.

    yeah i would go shopping and pick out a few and then try them in the comfort of her own home rather that trying to get the chair into a changing cubicle etc, if you can afford to buy a few outfits that is, shops always are happy to refund items, does she have an idea what she wants to wear?

    I think she would feel more comfortable in skirt and jacket as she normally wares separates just want to make it a nice day for her too x

    I think BHS, Debanhams, M&S, Bon Marche... They all cater for older women, in all sizes and styles.. :) be nice for you to go shopping together probably too xx
