Try asking round your family to see what they can do to help.. Is their someone you know who could do your cake? Etc..

Maybe instead of photographer have your guests take photos.. For reception maybe go back to your house or familys house and put on your own food? xx

our budget is even smaller, its cost £110 for registry office service. we have booked a room in a local social club for £40 for an evening do. we are doing our own catering with help from family. h2b has a cousin who can do the music. will be doing very little decorating of the venue. our cake is one of our presents. budget £400 plus my dress and flowers. not having special cars or a photographer am planning on giving close family members a list of photos we want and getting them to send us copies.

55 guests at registry office then about 85 in total on the evening

its tight but thats all there is in the kitty at the moment

    Im from walsall west mids!

Forget the camera's Its cheaper and easier for you to provide CD's and ask people to put their Digital Images on for you! Most people will have a camera and or camera phone so ask for their pics

If you get married at your local registry office it costs about £110....there are places that have free function rooms and you could do your own catering..there are loads of videos on you tube about how to make hand tied bouquets which are really easy..ebay is fantastic for dresses and headdresses..my dress is on ebay at the moment for very little. Get a friend to take photos for you as a wedding present..ask for money as gifts which off sets the cost of the wedding.. It can be done.

    hiya,
May is a lovely month in which to get married, the weather (hopefully) will be as kind as this may has been, can you opt for an outside reception maybe, where you and some guests put together a load of BBQ's and instead of each guest buying gifts, ask instead for something to put on the BBQ? enlist the help of some people to 'look after' the cooking and thats ur food pretty much sorted? just a thought.
also can you have a look at the flowers that are in season now...look in normal gardens, what bulbs are around....have a look at some big blousy double headed tulips (they come in sooo many pretty colours) come september this year, plant your own in your garden, or even window box ( you can buy bulbs well cheap!).....next may, you will have loads of flowers free! get a colour co-ordinating ribbon and make your own bouquet bunch, and have lots more for decorating wherever!
Ask friends and family to start collecting jars (different sizes) decorate them with pretty ribons, gems etc and use these as vases or tea light holders.
good luck with your planning xxxxxx

buy a Polaroid camera then you get to see the pictures straight away and have a post box to put them in, artificial wedding flowers, table displays candles and rose petals, food go to a catering college see if they can help maybe they could do it as part of they're course then it could be free?
wedding dress look on ebay or even charity shops sell them now, h2b suite see if he can hire one.
