Studley castle is a let down (My opinion) for the money they charge you don't get great service or your own private bar and have to share that with the hotel guests. The drive up isn't that nice either. Little wedding stuff I would have to say ebay is your best friend. I know there is a couple of wedding shops Alcester way but not so familiar with Stratford. Yellow pages and google as well as freeindex are always good ways of getting suppliers. Also sign up to the white wedding pages. They will send you emails of upcoming wedding fayres, suppliers offering you discount rates and other bits that come in handy for your area.
